Shine Shop is a leading company in the field of manicure products, which is looking for a professional Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of the online store by fully synchronizing data between the accounting system (1C) and the site (CS-Cart), quality filling of the catalog and technical control of the showcase.


Key tasks of the position:

  • Catalog management, content creation and editing of product cards (name, SEO description, specifications, SKU).  
  • Working with media content, processing and uploading photos/videos according to guidelines. 
  •  Categorization, correct distribution of products in the category tree, assignment of brands and tags. 
  • Control and fill Meta Title/Description, H1, link. (with specialists).
  • Operational activity and 1C synchronization and ensuring 100% identity of balances and prices between 1C and the site. 
  • Merchandise circulation, reception and write-off of goods in 1C.  Finances, control of mutual settlements with suppliers, payment of bills. 
  • Mass import/export of price lists and data validation.
  • Technical control and monitoring (daily monitoring of site performance, checking checkout, search, filters). 
  • Integration testing.  Identifying bugs and setting clear tasks for the technical team.
  •  Marketing and Promotion (technical setting of promotions, timers, discounts, labels ("Hit", "New")). 
  • Telegram channel administration and publication of news about receipts and promotions.  Updating the banner grid on the website.

Our wishes for the experience and knowledge of the candidate:

  • Attention to details and intolerance to clutter in numbers, products and content.

  • Experience with CS-Cart (attributes, variations, import/export).

  • Confident use of 1C (accounting): nomenclature, receipt/debit, invoices.

  • Experience of working with large data sets and monotonous tasks without loss of quality.

  • Skills for working with content: photo preparation and processing (Photoshop / Figma / Canva).

  • Confident level of Excel / Google Sheets for working with prices.

  • Ability to write competent, concise product descriptions and short news.

  • Basic technical literacy (understanding site errors, cache, 404, meta tags).

  • Ability to independently notice problems and formulate technical specifications for developers.


Expected performance results (KPI):

  • Data relevance: no discrepancies in prices and balances between 1C and the site.

  • Content quality: 100% of new products are introduced within 24 hours, cards filled in according to the standard (photo, characteristics, description).

  • Technical stability: timely detection and fixing of site errors to customer requests.

  • Financial discipline: supplier invoices are paid on time, without errors in write-offs.
