One of the four Odesa centers of the Goncharenko network of centers requires an Administrator .

Who are we?
Honcharenko centers are an all-Ukrainian network of spaces for realizing the potential of individuals and communities. We develop education, culture and volunteering in Ukraine. In Goncharenko centers, everyone can get a free education, participate in the promotion of Ukrainian culture and volunteering.
What do we do?

What to do? Main responsibilities: organization and coordination of the center's work, communication with visitors.
1 Manage social networks and communicate in messengers:
- Maintain social networks of the center (Instagram, Telegram, Facebook) . An important skill is not just to "scroll through the feed" as a social media user, but to have experience in creating and teaching posts, reels and stories
- Make posts on time, day in and day out, because events are relevant while they are happening and even the next day the news may already be "rotten" :)
- Answer questions and comments on social networks about courses and center events
2 Shabout events:
- Coordinate events: educational activities, events, speakers, etc.
- Form groups
- Accept applications to attend classes and other events of the Center (receive incoming calls, answer and communicate in messengers)
- Communicate with teachers and speakers:
+ meet visitors
+ advise guests on course selection
+ collect feedback (oral and written)
3 Accounting and reporting:
- Maintain a class schedule
- Enter visitors' contacts in CRM (CRM (si-ar-em) is a computer program, software for managing relations with clients. If you have already mastered e-mail and Google Drive, you will definitely master our CRM:)
- Keep track of classes: visits, number of visitors
- Work with documentation (what exactly, we clarify in the addressector of the Center)
- Execute KPI (regarding visits to the center and the number of events, social media management (number of posts and reposts per week)
4 Technical and administrative issues:
- Technical issues, checking and ensuring the operation of equipment necessary for holding events in the space of the center
- Organize administrative and economic support for the work of the Center (timely ordering/organizing cleaning, ordering consumables and household goods, stationery, printing, etc).
What we expect from you:
- ability and desire to communicate with people in large numbers (visitors enter the space from the street every day)
- the ability to work in social networks, specifically the experience of page administration, and NOT just user experience
- awareness of (written) communication in messengers
- 1 year of work experience
- an active attitude in life with a smile despite difficult times
- decent communication skills aimed at a person-visitor, speaker, leader, partner, supplier
- kindness, calm attitude towards people of different ages

- fluent command of a computer and basic programs
- fluent command of the Ukrainian language

- adaptability to new challenges
- flexibility in performing various tasks.
It will be a plus:
+ the desire to work specifically in an educational project
+ the ability to work in Canva
+ experience in the position of Administrator
(not mandatory, but will be a plus, depends on the quality of this experience).
Work schedule — 5 (five) days a week, 2 (two) days off. (one of the two days off is Saturday or Sunday, the second may be Monday, or another weekday.)
Why so? , six-seven days a week.
Of course, the Administrator will have two legal days off. Working conditions are discussed in person.
