The "ROKADA" Charitable Foundation announces a competition to fill the vacancy -Administrator of the Hub "Your Way" (Katyuzhanka village)

The Hub "Your Way" is a space for learning, development and joint work of the community.
Trainings, courses, creative and public events. We are looking for a person who will help this place work harmoniously, comfortably and with inspiration.

Responsibilities:

• planning and coordination of the daily work of the Hub (opening/closing the premises, order, communication with trainers and partners);

• technical support of the space: equipment, internet, furniture, lighting;

• preparation for events - materials, coffee breaks, setting up equipment;

• keeping records of visits, resources and statistics;

• communication with the manager, volunteers, participants.

Requirements:

• organization, responsibility, attention to details;

• communication and friendliness;

• ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time;

• basic skills in working with office equipment and documentation.
