Candidate requirements: experience of working with CMS systems; basic knowledge of HTML/CSS; experience of technical support for users; experience of working out the stages and sequence of actions of employees; writing instructions for users; activity, diligence, purposefulness. Responsibilities: administration of the client's corporate portal; writing technical tasks for the developers of the client's office and monitoring their execution; working out the stages and sequence of actions of employees; setting up the CRM system; writing instructions for users; training and technical support for users. It will be an advantage: experience in CRM administration; experience in writing technical tasks for setting up the CRM system and/or company processes; setting up integrations CRM system with other services; knowledge of the PHP programming language.
