if you have experience in media/creative teams;

Together with the team, you you will be engaged in:

• Coordinating the work of the creative team (loading planning, schedules, distribution of tasks)

• Control of the availability and timely provision of all necessary materials for the work of directors and copywriters

• Coordination of the transfer of materials between teams and platforms, control of relevance content andversions

• Participation in the formation and coordination of weekly promo plans and cross-promo activities (air + digital)

• Coordination of documents with legal and financial departments

• Working with internal systems and reporting
