• you have work experience in the field of administration, documentation, coordination of projects or organization of events;
• attention (a) to details, responsible (a) and have management experience documentation and reporting, you know how to multitask;
• you own computer programs (MS Office/Google Workspace) and have skills in working with electronic databases;

Your functional responsibilities will be:

• Full cycle of documentary support project.
• full cycle of supporting the organization of events: from sending invitations to communication with event agencies and feedback analysis.
• preparation of presentations, brochures and materials for social networks.
• fulfillment of assignments of 2 team leaders and the program director.
• search for information on current issues in regulatory documents and open sources.
• coordination efforts, communication and cooperation with other UOP departments.
• organization of informal meetings in the middle of the team;
• readiness for business trips around Ukraine.
