Administrator of telephony systems (Middle) in Nova Digital

As we expand our team, we are currently looking for a Administrator of telephony systems (Middle)

Responsibilities

• Administration of the Cisco PCCE call center:

— Gateways. Connecting to telecom operators and partners

— Writing CVP, ICM scripts

— CUCM. Setting up phones, configuring trunks

— CUIC. Administration of the reporting system, creation of custom reports

— Administration of system users

— User support

— Monitoring of the system operation, troubleshooting

— Administration of the recording system based on Asterisk

• System backup
• Carrying out preventive and routine maintenance
• Organization of emergency recovery work in case of server failure
• Participation in the creation and development of services

Requirements

• Education: higher technical education
• Similar experience from 3 years
• Experience with MS SQL and MySQL databases
• Experience in configuring Cisco voice gateways
• Strong practical knowledge of Linux/Windows servers
• Skills in working with server hardware
• English Proficiency: English level B1 or higher
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Asterisk
• AUCCE certificate (Administering Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise)
