Administrator of the mobile brigade in Mirne Nebo Harkova, BF, BO

A critically important organization - the "Peaceful Sky of Kharkiv" charitable foundation - invites the cooperation of the Administrator (team leader) of the mobile brigade for the implementation of a charity project aimed at providing food kits to the population affected by military operations. The project is implemented in the city of Kherson.

Duration of the project until 31.05.2026

The administrator will play a key role in coordinating and organizing the work of the mobile brigade.

Main duties:

• Coordination and daily support of the work of the registrar group.

• Planning, organization and control of registration and verification processes beneficiaries.

• Distribution of tasks between registrars, control of execution and compliance with deadlines.

• Control of compliance with the requirements of donors and the project during the distribution of food aid.

• Participation in trips to designated locations within the city.

• Work and interaction with team.

• Interaction and communication with heads of condominiums and quarters.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience of working with people in social, humanitarian or community projects - desirable;

• Education in the field of social work, economics, management or related fields - an advantage;

• Experience in team coordination, experience in the distribution of humanitarian aid;

• Developed communication skills and the ability to establish trusting relationships;

• Responsibility, organization and emotional stability;
