Medical clinic administrator in Development Clinic

We are looking for a responsible and organized person for the position of administrator in our "Development Clinic". Your main responsibility will be to ensure the efficient organization of the work of the clinic and the satisfaction of the needs of our clients. Main duties: Reception and registration of clients, filling out the necessary documents and creating their medical cards. Organization and planning of the schedule of doctors and other specialists of the clinic. Control over the availability and accounting of medical equipment and materials. Ensuring cleanliness and order in the registration department and common areas of the clinic. Solving questions and advising customers about clinic services. Cooperation with doctors and other clinic employees to ensure high quality of services. Requirements: Higher education is not mandatory, but will be an advantage. Administrative or clinical experience is a plus, but not required. Good computer and office software skills. Teamwork and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
