The School of Biodynamic Osteopathy is looking for an administrator of educational programs

Requirements:

• Interest in osteopathy
• Punctuality and communication
• Openness to communication
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office. The basic ability to work in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Instagram, YouCut, Facebook, as well as the Wordpress platform is desirable (but we teach as needed)

Working conditions:

• Flexible schedule, most tasks can be to do remotely.
• Presence in the office is required only during the seminars - these are weekends (Sat-Sun) several times a month.
• Payment of the rate at the end of the month, interest - after the seminar .
• Opportunity to study osteopathy for free at our School.

Responsibilities:

• Process applications for seminars (no cold calls).
• Collect advance payments, create groups for participants with organizational information.
• Creation of design for announcements.
• Update seminar announcements on the website, portals, social networks.
• Activity support on the Instagram page and in the Telegram channel.
• Administration of the seminar during its holding and at the preparation stage.
• Photo and video reports of the seminars.
• Updates information on the website as needed.
