The ROKADA Charitable Foundation announces a competition to fill the vacancy -Administrator of the Craft Hub (Ivankiv village)

The Craft Hub is a space for learning, development and joint work of the community. Trainings, workshops and public events are held here. We are looking for a person who will help the space work harmoniously and hospitable.

Responsibilities

• organization of the daily work of the Hub: opening/closing, order, interaction with trainers and partners;

• support of technical equipment (computers, projectors, Internet, lighting);

• preparation of the space for events, coffee breaks, materials;

• keeping logs, statistics, resource accounting;

• communication with visitors, volunteers, team.

Requirements:

• organization, responsibility, sociability;

• basic skills of working with office equipment and documentation;

• attention to details and desire to work with people.
