Currently we are actively developing and expanding our team of professionals, who are ready to conquer new heights together with us, so we are looking for a construction project manager. p>
Your key tasks will be:
- Organization of project meetings, management and distribution of meeting minutes;
- Scanning and archiving of construction project documentation;
- Provision and support of access rights for all interested project participants in TEAMS;
- MS Planner support, management, control and updating;
- Participation in the preparation of project reports for stakeholders in the established form and in accordance with the existing Regulations ;
- Collection and systematization of reports on the progress of tasks under the project (Planner);
- Preparation of applications for payment under the project;
- Compilation of the register of commercial proposals of contractors for all company projects;
- Visualization of project management business processes;
- Formation of official letters.
Who is our candidate:
- Higher education: management of organizations or industrial and civil construction;
- Knowledge of the ins and outs of construction production organization;
- Experience as a project administrator or an employee of the project office of a developer companies;
- High level of communication and business correspondence skills, proactivity;
- There is a great desire to learn and grow.
