Construction project administrator in Ukrainian Development Partners (UDP)

Requirements:

• Higher technical education in the field of construction;
• preferred experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• high level of communication skills;
• work experience in system companies;
• ability to achieve results, perseverance;
• desire to work with innovative projects;
• proactiveness and desire to learn and develop.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MC Project programs.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in the memorandum and initiation of the project;
• development of the project schedule together with the RM;
• maintenance of project control tools (physical and online kanban-type boards);
• formation and maintenance of the register of contracts for the project;
• organization of meetings with project stakeholders;
• maintenance of minutes of meetings, control of execution of protocol orders;
• communication with contractors and stakeholders regarding organizational issues;
• development of the road map with the main participants of the project;
• preparation of information on project financing;
• control of receiving a package of documents for the contract and AVR.
