Your tasks will be:

• Administration of applied banking systems
• Performing operational and regulatory work: setting up the System, analyzing user requests for questions, errors, problems, incidents, searching for the root cause (root cause analysis) and ensuring their solution independently or carrying out communications with other specialists and suppliers, identifying errors
• Participating in functional testing of improvements and corrections
• Development of short instructions for users on temporary/spot solutions for mass errors/problems
• Maintenance of a knowledge base ("FAQ") for solving frequent problems/questions of users
• Preparation of regular reports for the period on statistics of requests
• Formation of descriptions and initiation of refinements of System administration tools
• Predict the consequences of changes/revisions in IT system settings or updates
• Maintenance of change logs, backups, control of certificate validity periods
• Interaction with developers, testers, administrators, analysts
• Resolving conflict situations

What is important to us in your experience:

• 3+ years of experience in the IT field
• Experience in the administration of application systems (preferably experience in banking or with document management systems)
• Understanding of system architecture: how APIs, integration modules, data exchange between systems work; basics of working with middleware and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Basic knowledge of banking products (Loans/Deposits/card products/etc., bank contracts, directories, master data) and business processes
• Understanding the principles of delimiting access rights to IT system objects
• Understanding the principles of KEP work, the ability to diagnose problems of overlaying and checking KEP on ED (non-signature, invalid certificate, expired key)
• Understanding the structure of the DB and the impact of changes on the operation of the System (reading logs) and the ability to make SQL and Postman queries (analysis/debugging, basic diagnostics)
• Experience with tools: JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk
• Understanding logging and tracing systems such as ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or their analogues (preferred), namely the ability to read and analyze logs and user activity log
