Functional the duties of the team of service managers are: Conducting all communication (planning, recording, meeting, support, care) with patients in the clinic and call center at all stages of treatment and maintenance of the result; Five-day working day; Communication with doctors regarding further planning of patient visits; Communication and provision of all necessary information by phone, in social networks, in the clinic for patients who apply for the first time; Calculation of patients after treatment and work with settlement and cash operations; Conducting monthly reporting of work results; Creating and adjusting the work schedule of doctors and follow-up, so that everything works like a Swiss watch; Our ideal service manager: Age from 23 to 35 years old. High school or higher education. Endowed with high communication skills and empathy. Takes responsibility for assigned tasks and goals. Knows how to organize his working time with maximum benefit. Knows how to defend his position and reacts calmly for criticism. Clearly and competently conducts a dialogue with the patient (written and spoken). Able and ready to work in a team. Will be able to quickly learn dental terms and peculiarities. Communicates in Polish or English (will be a plus). What does "Symbiotyka" offer to our service manager :Stable salary from UAH 12,000.
