Bolshakova Studio is looking for an administrator/marketing manager.

Bolshakova Studio is an international studio specializing in interior design and development, creating exclusive private residences around the world. The team consists of experienced designers, architects and project managers.

We are looking for a responsible and organized person who will take on full administrative and operational support of the team. Main duties:

• document management and control of its relevance;
• work in the Project Management system and CRM (updating data, entering all records);
• preparation of presentations;
• organization of team trips: booking tickets, logistics;
• assistance in organizing events and internal processes;
• ensuring effective team work and assisting management.

A person with a high level of attention to details, responsibility and the ability to work in a dynamic environment is needed.

Working days: Monday — Friday from 10:00 to 19:00
