The main job duties of the candidate: Receiving and processing phone calls, e-mails. Communicating with customers on the phone, meeting customers in the office. Sales in the showroom of the online store. Consulting customers on products, clarifying the details of orders, solving various issues with customers. Entering orders into the crm system, preparing and printing invoices and other accompanying documents. Tracking the range of products, forming applications to replenish the range. Work with couriers: preparation and transfer of applications to couriers and courier services. Assistance in packaging and assembly of goods before shipment. Basic requirements for the candidate: Personal qualities: honesty, attentiveness, accuracy, politeness, sociability, non-conflictual nature, good character , empathy — the desire to help people. Personal skills: good written command of the Ukrainian language, ability to work with numbers. Agility, ability to perform work under heavy workload. Professional requirements: Skills of communicating with customers by phone and in person (in a store or showroom) Willingness and ability to calmly and patiently work with problem customers. Fluency in computer — Internet, office programs. Ability or inclination to work with numbers and documents in accounting programs.
