Main duties:

• Ensuring smooth operation of stores;

• Selection, adaptation and training personnel;

• Control of product availability and conformity of display to standards;

• Information of personnel about changes in store operations;

• Prompt resolution of administrative issues.

Authorities:

• Submission for agreeing on premium/depremium;

• Adjustment of the price level in accordance with the competitive environment;

• Development and implementation of new planograms and assortment matrices;

• Proposals for changes in the FOP of stores.
