Our requirements for the candidate: Work experience in a call center or a related position, it is necessary to communicate a lot with people (call center, restaurant business, etc.); Have good experience in solving controversial issues without conflicts. The main responsibilities will be : Drawing up staff work schedules; Controlling the output of shift personnel; Conducting telephone and personal interviews with production personnel; (loaders, packers, etc.); Control of the issuance of uniforms for personnel.
