Community Manager in Creative States

We are Creative States. This is a Ukrainian network of creative flexible business spaces. In simple words, we create offices of the future and offer them for rent to modern companies, while we manage the entire office infrastructure - from the Internet to coffee, from guest service to large-scale events.

We are looking for an Administrator for the reception - Community manager for our team.

Ideal candidate:

• Sociable, sincere, self-confident.
• Possesses a clear understanding of priorities, planning and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic and positive in everything he does.
• Goal oriented, responsible and persuasive.
• Capable solve problems, calculate time and achieve incredible results.
• 2 years of experience in a similar or similar position.

Your duties:

• Opening and closing the shift (preparation of the location for the working day)
• Meet visitors and guests, help with registration and issuing cards.
• Help with reservations meeting rooms.
• Giving tours to potential residents, consulting and selling company services.
• Maintaining office activities.
• Creating a friendly atmosphere for our residents and taking care of them.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, guests and suppliers.
• Ensure that residents are comfortable working and their needs are met.
• Create activities to increase activity residents
• Keep reporting.

Our requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task, focus on deadlines and service.
• Customer service and/or sales experience a plus.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office and Google Docs (CRM systems, Canva is a plus).
• Responsible approach and desire to do more for a growing team
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language .
• The level of English is average and above.
