Your responsibilities Responsibilities: Greet visitors, show hospitality. Maintain the vitality of the office. Create a friendly atmosphere for our residents. Maintain positive relations with customers, guests and suppliers. Monitor social networks and leave a reaction to mentions of our company. needs have been covered.Devise activities to increase activity.Maintain reporting.Our Requirements:Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, focus on deadlines.Customer service and/or sales experience a plus.Good computer skills in Microsoft Office and Google Docs (CRM systems - a plus). Responsible approach and desire to do more for a growing team. Fluency in the Ukrainian language. The level of English is medium and higher.
