In 2020, we completely switched to online work. We work with both individual and corporate clients. Responsibilities What should be done? promptly respond to the requests of the school's existing clients regarding the schedule, payments and other current issues (online or by phone) form and keep under control the schedule of teachers' classes, students' attendance of classes resolve organizational issues in case of force majeure, vacations, sick leave, etc. accept and process incoming applications from new clients promptly and efficiently advise clients on school products enter and update information in the CRM system cooperate with the accountant, send invoices for payment, monitor payments publish content on social networks update information on current school services on the school website and other resources Requirements: Who are we looking for This is you, if you: have a completed or incomplete higher education, preferably a linguistic one, have the ability to effectively organize work and communication, are responsible, attentive and punctual, have good communication skills with clients online (willing to teach), are able to resolve conflict situations diplomatically, write competently and clearly in Ukrainian, are able to work on Zoom, Canva and AI tools (ready to teach) you have a desire to constantly improve and develop you have a laptop and a headset you are able to come to our office in Kyiv for training and corporate events you are in touch during working hours experience of working in a similar position will be an additional advantage What do we offer? s/p 13-15 thousand hryvnias after the trial period, remote work, official employment, full-time employment (does not combine with other jobs and part-time jobs), free English study, friendly team; corporate events (trips to theaters, movies, museums and cafes) We are ready to provide opportunities for development and career growth even for candidates without experience.
