Autopassage LLC, the official dealer of Jeep cars in Kyiv, needs an administrator on a permanent basis.

Basic requirements for candidacy:

• Experience as an administrator (preferred);
• Ability to use office equipment (mini PBX, scanner, copier );
• PC knowledge;
• Personal qualities: competent language, knowledge of business etiquette, sociability, high level of responsibility, ability to work in a team, decency, politeness, friendliness.
• Willing to consider female student< /li>

Main duties:

• Receive and distribute incoming calls;
• Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence;< /li>
• Meeting and directing visitors to the car showroom.

Conditions:

• Young and friendly team;
• Working schedule: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; 5/2
