We are currently looking for a People Partner with a focus on the administrative vertical:
Management of budgeting and the initiation of special benefits and gifts for administrative staff separately from general corporate programs.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the administrative vertical (office managers, drivers, cleaning, technical staff and other administrative roles).
- Be a contact person for employees and key stakeholders (office, managers, finance, security, etc.).
- Coordinate administrative HR issues: changes in employee statuses, documents, requests, basic consultations.
- Maintain and maintain the correctness of data in the HRM system (updating information, checking relevance).
- Assist in the organization of employee adaptation processes (instructions, access, basic communication).
- Control the implementation of agreements with contractors and internal teams (if necessary).
- Collect feedback, fix problem areas and pass them on to the manager.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, lists and analytics by direction (status, changes, turnover, requests).
- Participate in implementation HR initiatives and process improvements in your direction.
Requirements:
- Experience in HR from 1 year.
- Experience in office management will be an advantage.
