Your role in the team:
—Open the office every morning (Mon-Fri);
—Maintain the vitality of the office: efficiency of equipment and inventory, order in all rooms, laying out goodies, setting music;
—Meeting guests, organizing the preparation of meeting rooms;
—Making weekly purchases of goodies and stationery;
—Equip the office (decor, books, anti-stress gadgets);
—Organize the work of contractors (repairs, replacement of equipment); welcome-packs, merchandise, workplaces);
—Work with internal and external documents;
—Congratulate colleagues on holidays, make announcements of events;
—Help in creating content for the company's social networks;
—Perform other administrative tasks (mail, parking, meeting couriers).
You are definitely our candidate if you have:
Hard skills:
- Minimum experience in a similar position or willingness to learn;
- Basic level of using MS Office and Google Workspace;
- Competent oral and written communication.
Soft skills:
—Responsibility (meeting deadlines and timely warning of difficulties);
—Systematic (love of order and consistency);
—Punctuality (organization and ability to plan time);

—Minimum level of knowledge of Canva, Figma.
