Administrative Manager in Odd Systems

Administrative Manager Kyiv, remote Odd Systems is a team of engineers and entrepreneurs who create modern technological solutions for the Ukrainian army. We manufacture FPV drones, thermal imaging cameras, communication stations, and other components and electronics that are in massive demand by the defense forces. We are growing and are looking for an Administrative Manager to join our team! Main areas of work: Managing the daily work of the office, ensuring efficiency and productivity; Responsibility for relations with contractors: from tenders (search for new contractors) to operational issues (participation in concluding contracts, supervision and coordination of service providers, etc.); Procurement and invoice processing, reporting, general coordination; Participation in the launch of new offices in accordance with the needs of the company, cooperation with suppliers and contractors, in the process of continuous improvement of working conditions and processes. Required skills and experience: 3+ years of experience in the position of Operations Manager/ Administrative Manager; Experience of working with contracts, procurement, Experience of working in a startup; Experience of successfully building processes from scratch; Structural approach to processes and high organization; General understanding of military technology, interest in this field; Fluent English.
