Key Responsibilities:
- Assistance with financial operations and reporting: gathering data from various company departments, processing payments, etc.
- Preparing reports and other documents.
- Creation of post-meeting reports with recording of important information and decisions made (meeting minutes).
- Travel coordination and assistance
- Managing office supplies and equipment, ordering office materials.
- Maintaining relationships with company clients and partners via email and phone communication
- Assist in coordinating office facilities maintenance, and supplies procurement to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- English Level: Upper-intermediate or higher
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in administrative or similar roles is a plus.
Work Conditions:
- Vacation: 22 working days per year.
