Responsibilities?:
- Support a team of talent acquisition partners in the CEE, Middle East and Africa region and work closely with HR on talent acquisition, total compensation, payroll, immigration and relocation, as well as other members of the HR team . ??
- Work with large volumes of work: scheduling interviews and creating offer letters.??
- Track and move candidates to the appropriate stage/status in the candidate tracking system ??
- Be the primary administrative point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
- Assist in the preparation of regular and ad hoc reports for the recruiting team
- ?Provide following all established processes and procedures
- ?Perform other tasks within the recruitment workflow as necessary
Requirements?:
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a corporate environment
- The level of English is not lower than B2-C1
- ??Experience in coordinating technical assistance / recruiting is a big advantage ???
- Ability to work independently and proactively find solutions??
- Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees and management?
- Effective communication and organizational skills, with experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience with any applicant tracking systems is a plus.?? ?
