Job DescriptionWe are a rapidly growing Denver based company and are looking for someone to grow with us! We currently service the Denver and Seattle markets. We are seeking an Office/Production Team Administrator to join our team. You will be calling warm leads, pre-qualifying customers, assisting the Production team with ongoing projects and preforming basic administrative work. We are looking for someone friendly, confident and outgoing, a self-starter, with strong communication skills!Responsibilities:Answer inbound telephone callsCall warm leads to set up appointments with estimatorsDrive sales by pre-qualifying leadsCoordinate scheduling for the field sales team to ensure goals are metProvide support to customers over the phone and may conduct field visits if necessaryManage our lead generation sitesAssemble sales foldersDropping off and picking up permitsScheduling line locates and inspectionsAssisting the production team with jobs under constructionRunning small errandsHelp with basic odds and ends in the officeQualifications: Good phone rapport Experience with Microsoft Office Must have reliable vehicle Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Ability to learn new computer programs with training Must work well under moderate supervisionIf you have basic construction knowledge that is a plus but by no means necessary, we will train you in all computer programs as well as construction basics.Depending on experience we are offering $22-$26.
