Performs customer service functions by assisting with routine employee requests. Assists with new hire onboarding process and orientation. Organizes various employee and advisory board events. Leads monthly safety meetings and provides associated reports. Participates in trainings and meetings as requested. Supports cross-departmental functions as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge and Skills: Strong customer service skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Great attention to detail. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, and tact in dealing with employees and management. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Education And Work Experience High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s or associate degree in business preferred. At least 2 years of experience in clerical work. Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus. HR experience a plus.
