Your Mission:

As a Personal Assistant, your mission is to ensure seamless operations and enhance the efficiency of our CEO by managing their day-to-day activities, organizing travel arrangements, maintaining their well-being, and facilitating personal and professional development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing travel arrangements and relocations for the CEO, including accommodation, transportation, ticketing, and documentation.
  • Ensuring the comfort and well-being of the CEO during travel, managing his dietary preferences, sports activities, and relaxation needs.
  • Facilitating personal development initiatives by coordinating coaching sessions, language courses, public speaking engagements, and other skill-enhancing activities.
  • Handling personal errands and tasks efficiently to support the productivity of the CEO.
  • Managing monthly expense budgets and maintaining accurate records.
  • Regularly updating and maintaining information in the Knowledge Base (Confluence) for efficient knowledge management.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in budget management and record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with travel coordination and event planning.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
