I am looking for an Administrative Assistant who can quickly and efficiently solve turnkey tasks, easily finds a common language with different people, is not afraid of multitasking, and has a thirst for creativity and constant development. The main tasks will be: Ensuring the vital activities of the office (control of cleanliness and order, ordering food, snacks and other necessary for the office); Search for new contractors/suppliers for comfortable cooperation; Work with courier services; Help with the organization of events and development of branded products; Creative gifts and greetings from colleagues; Solving organizational issues.
