JOB DUTIES

  • Organization and ensuring smooth operation of the office, including control of the technical condition of the office equipment, as well as organization of purchases of office materials, water, coffee and other business needs;
  • Organization and administrative support of meetings, work meetings and internal events;
  • Ensuring effective document flow: preparation, printing, scanning and processing of documents; reception, accounting and distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence; control of deadlines for the execution of documents; preparation of draft service letters; interaction with postal and courier services;
  • Organization and management of personnel records in accordance with current legislation: registration of acceptance, transfer and dismissal of employees; preparation of personnel documents; management of personal affairs; formation and control of vacation schedules; keeping work books - ETC; preparation of references and characteristics;
  • Organization and maintenance of military records, preparation and submission of prescribed reports, interaction with territorial centers of recruitment and social support (TCC);
