Your key tasks:

• Development and implementation adaptation programs for new employees;
• Coordinating and carrying out activities aimed at the quick and effective introduction of newcomers into the work process;
• Integration of the company's corporate culture, policies, procedures from the first days of employees' lives in team;
• Supporting new employees at all stages of adaptation, providing feedback, consulting;
• Interaction with department heads to determine the needs for adaptation and personnel development;
• li>Monitoring the results of adaptation programs and adjusting them if necessary;
• Other tasks related to supporting the HR function in the company.

You will need at work:

• Experience as an HR manager will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of modern methods of adaptation and personnel development will be an advantage;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills .;
• Ability to think systemically and strategically - to implement appropriate strong decisions in one's activities;
• Ability to work in multitasking mode, high level of self-organization, attention to details;
