Our strong, diversified presence enables us to offer consumers and clients perfectly suited solutions, for any occasion and time of day.Location: New York, NYJob OverviewAt Lavazza North America, the Lavazza Food Service Activation Associate is responsible for the trade marketing plan and execution specifically focused on non-national account customers. They are also directly responsible for budget management related to this initiative and any commercial agreements falling within this customer scope. Finally, they are responsible for the coordination, planning and maintenance of food service channel tradeshow activities and all other sales support related to the regional sales teams.ResponsibilitiesTrade Marketing Plan & Execution (US & Canada)Develop and execute annual activation plan for regional food service accounts (excluding national account customers) related to portfolio priorities, promotions, and visibility activations.Evaluate activation ROI’s, analyze, and share learnings, best practices, and competitive activities within the North American market. Review and evaluate current customer marketing agreements (excluding national account customers) to ensure budgetary compliance and full execution of annual terms. Support development and execution of any new customer marketing agreements (excluding national account customers).Visibility and point of sale asset creation and implementation, execution of onsite activation support for customers (excluding national account customers). Ensure compliance of brand visibility (physical, digital, display, social etc.) of all non-national account customers.Budget Management (US & Canada)Direct responsibility for BTL activation budget (commercial and marketing spend within the FS trade marketing budget) related to non-national account customers: forecasting, actual monitoring, tracking and tactical variations over the year.Direct responsibility for BTL trade activation budget (FS trade marketing budget and FS marketing budget) for all food service channel related trade events.Sales Support & Trade Show Management (US & Canada)Guide food service channel trade show activations including annual strategy development, planning and detail collection, activation guidelines, GANTT definition, and execution planning.
