Accounts Receivable Representative (late shifts) in Pharmbills

Summary: Pharmbills is seeking a highly motivated Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our expanding client team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely billing, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and supporting our client's financial success.Responsibilities: Communicate with customers and service providers via phone and email to resolve billing inquiries and process invoices quickly and accurately Receive and process invoices, ensuring they are assigned to the correct accounts Maintain a comprehensive supplier database, update information and identify any discrepancies Review and reconcile invoices and payments to ensure accuracy and consistency Manage and maintain payment records documentation including invoices, payments and supporting documents Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure a smooth invoicing process and invoicing compliance Assist in the preparation of P&L statements, providing data analysis and understanding Qualifications: Fluency in written and spoken English in upper-intermediate level or above Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members and external stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively handle billing discrepancies and analyze data Ability to work independently and in a team, demonstrating the ability to adaptation and collaboration Proficiency in computer and office programs, including Microsoft Office Suite Willingness and ability to work productively in the evening and at night Work experience in international companies (advantage) Knowledge of CRM systems (advantage) Advantages: Excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic multinational company.
