Accounts Receivable Representative in Pharmbills

Summary:
Pharmbills is seeking a highly motivated Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client team that expands In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and supporting our client's financial success.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers and service providers by phone and email to resolve billing inquiries and process invoices quickly and accurately
• Receive and process invoices, ensuring they are assigned to the correct accounts
• Maintain a complete vendor database, update information and identify any discrepancies
• Check and reconcile invoices and payments to ensure accuracy and consistency Manage and store payment documentation, including invoices, payments and supporting documents
• Collaborate with members teams and clients to ensure a smooth invoicing process and invoicing compliance
• Assist in preparing P&L statements, providing data analysis and insights
  
  Qualification:
• Fluency in written and spoken English at the level of upper- intermediate or higher
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, team members and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively handle billing discrepancies and analyze data
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and collaboration
• Proficiency in computer and office programs, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Desire and the ability to work productively in the evening and at night
• Experience of working in international companies (advantage)
• Knowledge of CRM systems (advantage)
