Accounting Team Lead in Akkauntor Kiyiv, TOV

We are looking for an Accountant-expert to join our accounting department team, who will be the team leader of several accounting services projects and will also manage the team of 3-4 accountants.

Main functionality:

• organization and maintenance of accounting and tax records (general taxation system, VAT payer);
• organization of document flow in the company;
• analysis and monitoring of changes in current tax legislation;
• accounting in the field of foreign trade (import-export of goods, works, services);
• control of the correctness of primary documents, their reliable and timely reflection in accounting;

• control of the correctness of settlements with accountable persons (business trips, including foreign, business and representative expenses) and their reflection in accounting;
• control of the correctness of accounting of fixed assets, including imported ones, accounting of inverting ;
• control of payroll and personnel administration, preparation and submission of payroll reports;
• control of correctness of statement and registration of tax invoices, control of incoming tax invoices;
• compilation and submission of the VAT Declaration, compilation and submission of the Income Tax Declaration;
• compilation and submission of other mandatory reporting: tax, financial, statistical, etc.;
• management accounting ( P&L, BS, CF);
• coordinating and controlling the activities of accountants in their team (1-3 people);
• communication and written correspondence in English with non-resident clients.

We expect you to have:

• experience of working with similar functionality;
• graduated higher financial/economic education;
• knowledge of Excel, Word at the level of a confident user;
• knowledge of BAS, ZUP, MEDoc, Client-Bank, office programs;
• team management skills of up to 3 people;
• intermediate level of English;
• li> desire to develop in a company with a corporate culture.
