Today, our client, a company in the field of international logistics, is looking to strengthen their team with Accounting Specialist.
Requirements:

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail;
• Self-motivated and the ability to work independently;
• Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information; 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel);
• Proficiency in English;
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills;

Responsibilities:

• Update the accounts payable and billing systems to ensure accurate payment and customer invoice amounts;
• ​Research, analyze and identify issues and errors on freight invoices and other documents;
• ​Collaborate with internal and external parties as needed to resolve issues;
• ​Weekly and monthly operational and financial reporting;
• ​Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients;
• Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data;
