For our client, we are looking for experienced independent accountants from mines. 1-2 years of managerial experience. To manage a small (5-10) team of accountants in accounting outsourcing for Polish companies.

Job Description:

Essentials responsibilities:

• Management of the accounting group and substantial control over its work.
• Team performance monitoring (KPI) and quality control of services provided.
• Checking the work of the team according to the company's processes.
• Caring for the development and maintenance of business relations with clients.
• Independent accounting
• Management and development of the accounting team

Requirements:

• Experience in managing and developing an accounting team is desirable
• Practical knowledge of Polish accounting and tax legislation.
• Customer orientation and the ability to establish and maintain relationships.
• Highly developed analytical skills, ability to identify problems and find solutions.
• Experience in outsourcing financial services will be an added advantage.
