Accounting Controller in HTH Recruitment

The Financial/Accounting Controller will be responsible for ensuring accounting consistency and integrity in accordance with policies; developing and maintaining effective communication, interaction, and excellent relationship with the transactional accounting teams as well as other GBS functions and non GBS organization.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• At least 5 years’ experience in R2R/GL roles and 2 years of experience on the similar role, either as a (Junior) Financial/Accounting Controller is a plus
• Practical knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Experience with and ability to advise on compliance around VAT, CIT and other taxes
• Knowledge on preparation of the annual accounts statutory financial statements
• Experience in working in an international company or SSC serving multiple countries
• SAP experience is a plus
• Proficient skills in English (written and spoken ), any other language is a plus
• Proficiency in the use of Excel
• Quality and deadline oriented
• Excellent communication skills
