Business analyst in accounting in FRDM Group

Main responsibilities:

< li>Analysis of business processes related to accounting and financial accounting.
• Cooperation with responsible teams to collect detailed business requirements and their implementation in the ERP system.
• Participation in functional testing of developed solutions.
• Improving processes and increasing efficiency.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in business administration, finance, banking, accounting.
• Experience as a business analyst in banking or a related field, with an emphasis on accounting and financial accounting.
• Proficiency in tools and business analysis methodologies. Knowledge of BPMN process modeling.
• Accounting experience and/or financial experience. 
• Knowledge of regulated accounting, treasury, budgeting, control reporting, etc. 
• Analytical skills and ability to find solutions.
• Ability to set tasks for developers.

Needed skills:

• Knowledge and work experience in accounting and finance for at least 2 years.
• Knowledge and practical experience of using BPMN.
• Working skills in Jira, Confluence, Miro, Samunda, Figma and ERP systems.
