Your tasks will include:

• organization of payments in 1C, ERP (cash and cashless);
• control of completed documents, providing comments on making adjustments;
• control over the return of documentation (legal department and accounting department);
• receipt of goods and other services (closing of the period);
• submission of applications for compensation of funds;
• signing new contracts;
• signing applications and specifications for purchases;
• restoration of documentation for the previous period and submission of reconciliations;
• update of product balances in warehouses.

We expect from you:

• you have an analytical mindset and a love for numbers;
• you can concentrate on a large amount of information;
• you confidently use a PC;
• you know 1C and Excel programs.
