DP DSV Road in search of Accountant with the Federal Trade Commission

Main tasks:

• Reconciliation of receivables and payables on a monthly basis by counterparties non-residents.
• Display of expenses on accounts from non-residents in TMS systems and control over their display in SAP and 1C accounting systems - 1,000 items per month.
• Control over the payment terms of accounts payable to non-residents in accordance with contractual relations.
• Control over the payment terms of receivables in accordance with the currency legislation.
• Control over the correctness of the display of the nomenclature from non-resident accounts in accounting systems, taking into account the taxation of each type of service.
• Preparation and execution of currency payments.
• Communication with the currency control of the servicing bank.
• Calculation and control of repatriation tax payment.
• Availability control certificates of residence from non-residents.
• Entering currency rates in three TMS systems and SAP and 1C accounting systems on a daily basis
• Closing the period in SAP and 1C on a monthly basis.
• Saving contracts.
• Entering counterparties in internal accounting systems and monitoring the correctness of entered system data taxation.
• Formation of accounts receivable report - semi-manual mode
• Readiness to replace the accountant from primary documentation during the vacation period.

Requirements to the candidate:

• 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of currency legislation.
• MD Office, MS Outlook, MS Excel.
• English - intermediate level or above average.
• Work format - office, daily, up to the moment full onboarding. Next is the hybrid.
