Scope of responsibilities

Our Katowice office has accounting departments supporting foreign SGS teams. Due to the development of the company, we are looking for specialists in the area of ​​corporate accounting. By joining us, you will work in already structured teams or participate with us in creating new accounting structures.

What tasks await you in this position?

• posting AP invoices of foreign SGS branches

• order processing

• handling inquiries from suppliers

• audit of employee expenses

• handling tasks related to the month-end closing process

We will tailor the position to your individual competences and needs, providing full training in the duties and accounting system with constant support from experienced team members.

Requirements

This role is perfect for you if:

• you have several months of experience in accounting or finance

• you speak English at a minimum level. B1

• you speak French at a minimum level. B1

• you can use MS Excel (we also use the Oracle system at work, providing full training as needed)

• you are an open and committed person who cares about creating a friendly atmosphere in the workplace

• you want to develop into an expert in the financial area in the P2P department or another accounting department
