In connection with the expansion, we invite the cooperation of an accountant for the management of an LLC on the general VAT system.

Your task will be to establish the accounting of a commodity business from scratch, coordinate all processes and develop financial company department along with company development. 

Requirements:

1. Experience in full management of accounting, financial management and personnel accounting at the Enterprise in the 1C program version 8.1-3.

2. Availability of knowledge in the field of management and administration, tax and financial accounting, economic analysis.

3. Experience in tax and statistical reporting, income tax calculation, preparation and submission of VAT declaration and income declaration. Drafting and registration of tax invoices, adjustments to tax invoices.

4. Experience of accounting for receipt of equipment, commissioning and disposal of equipment, calculation of depreciation.

5. The presence of experience in the organization of accounting for the accrual and payment of wages, the movement of goods and material values, accounting for bank transactions, accounting for settlements with suppliers and buyers.

6. Experience in commodity business, commodity accounting. 

Responsibilities:

- financial analysis, business planning, cash flow control;

- compilation of all financial and tax reporting;

- preparation of data and submission of reports in accordance with PSBO;

- development of accounting and tax policy;

- control over primary accounting of all areas ;

- work in RKO programs of various banks;

- preparation and registration of tax invoices and adjustments to them;

- preparation, preparation and submission of quarterly profit declarations and monthly VAT declarations;

- keeping goods and warehouse records; 

- preparation of contracts, acts and invoices for counterparties; 

- control of receivables;

- payroll calculation;

- preparation and submission of reports to statistics;

- control of receivables and accounts payable;

- personnel accounting;

- preparation of orders, advance reports, reports on business trips;

- preparation of reports for passing inspections of controlling bodies;< /p>

- Management of FOP 3 groups.
