Responsibilities: Unblocking orders related to exceeding the credit limit based on the results of control procedures. Preparation of files for extracting calculations of adjustments to tax invoices. Opening of bank guarantees for tender shipments. Verification of the primary documentation of sales operations and revenue reduction in accordance with Ukrainian legislation. Preparation of documents at the request of audit and tax audits. Conducting control procedures and month-end closing procedures in accordance with the Company's requirements. Collection and analysis of data on the transfer of values ​​for the benefit of specialists and organizations in the field of health care. I. Collection and processing of consents from specialists and organizations in the field of health care. Ensuring the correctness of data filling in the system, identifying and correcting errors (in accordance with NCC codes / accounts). Preparation of a methodological guide and policy on data disclosure according to global recommendations. Creation, blocking and making changes to accounts in the EBX system. Preparation of quarterly reporting on created accounts for ERC (Ethic risk and compliance). Performance of duties of a treasury department specialist during absence (back-up function). Participation in various projects. Knowledge and skills: Higher economic education. Confident user of MS Office, experience with SAP, 1C. Knowledge of the English language at the Upper Intermediate level. Responsibility, communication, initiative, ability to accept.
