Accountant of the cash accounting sector in Ukrgazvidobuvannya

JSC "Ukrgazvydobuvannya" is the largest gas production company in Central and Eastern Europe. We extract more than 70% of natural gas in Ukraine and specialize in the production of gas condensate. We are part of the Naftogaz group.

JSC "Ukrgazvydobuvannya" is considering the resumes of candidates for the position of Chief specialist of the cash and non-current assets accounting sector of the asset accounting department< /span>

Main functional duties:

1. Real estate tax accounting (including residential and non-residential real estate objects), namely:

• calculation of tax by the management apparatus, checking the correctness and control of real estate tax calculation branches, consolidation of data for the Company as a whole, monitoring of the list of territorial communities located in the territories of active hostilities or temporarily occupied territories;
• formation of tax declarations for the Company as a whole and their timely submission to the territorial bodies of the state tax service in terms of territorial communities;
• real estate tax accounting in the SAP system, preparation of data for the formation of tax payment, checking of the tax payer's card in the electronic cabinet, control of the timeliness of payment and the balance of tax overpayments.

  2. Accounting of centralized contracts for service functions (including cleaning, mobile and stationary catering) for the main activity of the Company, commission contracts, namely:

  • checking the correctness of the registration and display of primary documents in the accounting accounting, organization of preservation of primary documents;
  • accounting of settlements with suppliers and buyers (representation of debts, reconciliation with counterparties), control of the distribution of the cost of services provided between branches, timeliness of payment, correctness of incoming tax invoices in relation to primary documents;
  • analysis of centralized contract projects, provision of proposals.

  Requirements for candidates:

  • complete higher economic education;
  • at least 2 years of experience as an accountant in accounting for payments with suppliers, at least 1 year in real estate tax accounting;
  • knowledge of tax legislation and other legislation, in terms of real estate tax accounting;
  • skills for working in the program M.E.Doc Electronic taxpayer's office;
  • knowledge of the IFS - as an advantage;

  • SAP skills (will be considered an advantage).
