Accountant (maternity position) in Red Bull Ukraine

We are looking for an accountant for maternity leave who will become part of our team and support the company's financial processes. This is an opportunity for those who want to develop professionally and work in a stable and friendly team.

 Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of the "Bank" section:
  • Formation of payments in the SAP system and client-bank
  • Issuing bank statements
  • Making currency payments, currency control
• Accounts with suppliers:
  • Entering acts of completed work and tax invoices into the SAP system
  • Conducting acts of reconciliation
  • Accounting and accounting of expenses under insurance contracts
• Preparation and submission of VAT declaration
• Registration and archiving of contracts, tender documentation
• Preparation and submission of statistical reporting
• Testing of new projects in the SAP system
• Participation in internal and external audit and tax audits
• Preparation of corporate reporting by line of business at the request of management
• Support of the chief accountant in the formation and submission of quarterly and annual reporting

Requirements:

• Higher education (or a student of the last courses of economic or financial specialties)
• Experience as an accountant from 1 year
• Knowledge of the English language at Intermediate
• A confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Practical experience with the SAP system - will be advantage
• High level of responsibility, attention to details, sociability, teamwork orientation
