Accountant (IT) in QATestLab

We, QATestLab, an international IT company, are developing our financial department and are open to cooperation with an accountant to work with FOP. Working conditions: Ukraine, remotely. Work schedule: Mon-Fri from 08:00\09:00 to 17:00\ 18:00. We expect that you: - have a higher economic education (accounting and auditing, business economics, finance); - have experience in running a sole proprietorship of group 3 on the Unified Tax (all stages); - know the principles of working in the taxpayer's electronic office and are ready to work in the "Taxer" system; - you have experience in primary document management (invoices, acts, etc.); - you understand the sequence of salary calculation and the principles of its taxation; - you have experience in working with counterparties, maintaining customer/project cards; - you have work experience with Excel summary tables. In addition: - ready to work in multitasking mode; - responsible and know from your experience what financial discipline and decency are; - able to find a way out of difficult situations during work; - speak English at the Beginner/Elementary level. What it is necessary to do: 1. To ensure the organization of accounting of FOPs on the Unified Tax: - control the opening of FOPs and support their functioning (45−50 FOPs per 1 Accountant); - ensure document flow (accounts, reconciliations, calculation, payment of taxes) - submit reports and carry out closure (liquidation) FOP; - control the opening of FOP accounts and establish further communications with banks (if necessary); - accompany the processes of obtaining KEP keys by FOPs; - calculate the amounts of taxes and fees of FOPs, monitor compliance with their payment deadlines; - maintain the relevance of corporate FOP procedures taking into account changes in legislation.2. Perform the functions of management accounting: - calculate the FOP's remuneration, including bonus accruals in accordance with corporate bonus programs; - monitor the availability/execution of client contracts and compliance with payment terms (control of invoices); - keep records of work with counterparties (reconciliation, communications, work with receivables); - create intra-corporate (management) reports;- work with an accounting system customized for the company and BAS.
